Tensile strength tester of intraocular lens loop
It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD screen and Chinese
menu display. Digital closed-loop control, AD acquisition speed of
500KHz, internal code of 1 million; high-precision clock chip,
power-off storage; PLC programmable control, dynamic display of
loading force value; overload alarm and shutdown protection.
Nominal specification, applied load, test time, test times, up,
down, time, calibration. The menu on LCD is controlled by keyboard,
and test data is printed on board. The intraocular lens was pulled
until the haptics broke, or the haptics separated from the lens, or
stopped when the tension reached 0.25N. There are two experimental
methods: set value holding test and destructive pull-out test. The
number of tests is 1-50, which can be set arbitrarily.
Load setting range: 0 ~ 2n, accuracy: 0.01N, resolution: 0.001N
(the actual situation may change, but the accuracy is not lower
than the national first-class testing machine standard)
Moving speed: 1 mm / MIN-6 mm / min;
Printing mode: print according to the standard, and the unqualified
number and qualified rate can be calculated automatically.
Net weight: 11kg, fixture according to the standard, does not
affect the loop clamping.
