Product introduction:
It adopts 5.7 inch (320 * 240) PLC color LCD touch screen and Chinese menu display. Digital closed-loop control, AD acquisition speed of 500KHz, internal code of 1 million; high-precision clock chip, power-off storage; PLC control dynamic display of loading force value; overload alarm shutdown protection; nominal specification, test, uplink, downlink, time, calibration, can print test data.
It fully meets the requirements of 4.4 in yy0469-2011 standard and 4.3 in GB 19083-2010 standard. The program has two test methods.
1. The test range is 0 ~ 60N, the error is not more than ± 1%, and the resolution is 0.01N;
2. Setting range: 2n ~ 60N, the error is not more than ± 0.1N;
3. Test time: 1 ~ 99S, set arbitrarily, the error is not more than ± 1s;
4. Loading degree: 0.2n/s ~ 0.5n/s.
Test scheme:
There are two test methods: 1. The most powerful loading test (destructive test); 2. Setting the loading time and loading load test (e.g. slow loading 15N and holding for 15s, which can be used for tensile strength test of infusion set)
It can measure the connection force of the connector, catheter and all parts of the infusion set.
Recommended equipment: intelligent electronic tensile testing machine + special testing fixture, which can complete the testing items of mask breaking strength and static tension.
